Transcript Request Procedure
Students or alumni requesting transcripts should follow the steps below:
- Submit a transcript request form to the Registrar’s Office.
- Provide a valid identification document or student ID.
- Pay the applicable transcript processing fee.
- Indicate the receiving institution or organization.
Processing time may vary depending on verification requirements.
Academic Records Confidentiality
All student academic records are maintained in accordance with institutional policy and national education standards. The Registrar’s Office ensures the confidentiality and security of all academic records.
Records are released only:
- With the written consent of the student
- To authorized institutional offices
- To official external verification requests
